This portfolio has no checkout, subscriptions, digital-product sales, or payment collection. Visiting it or sending an inquiry does not create a charge.

Separately commissioned services

Any paid project requires a separate written agreement identifying the service provider, scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation process, and any refund terms before work or payment begins. Refer to that agreement for an existing project. This page does not create a blanket “no refunds” rule, promise a particular refund, or change an existing agreement.

Request a cancellation or refund review

Contact leiamariano.design@gmail.com with the project name, invoice reference if available, and a brief description of your request. Do not send payment-card details. The applicable agreement and mandatory law determine the result.

Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in place. If products, subscriptions, or online payments are introduced, sale-specific terms must be provided before purchase.
