This notice covers Leia Mariano’s creative direction and brand design portfolio, including its pages on leiamariano.com and the associated ChatGPT Sites portfolio address. For questions or privacy requests, email leiamariano.design@gmail.com. A separate business or client website linked from this portfolio has its own practices.

Information you provide

If you email Leia, your email address, the name you choose to share, your message, and any attachments are received through the email service. Share only the contact details and project information needed for your inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

This website has no account registration, contact submission form, newsletter signup, checkout, or payment processing. It does not ask for your postal address, phone number, date of birth, or precise location.

Technical information

The hosting and network services that deliver this website may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and secure the service. Hosting is provided through ChatGPT Sites. This is different from a marketing analytics tool installed by Leia.

The portfolio’s own code does not set cookies, store visitor identifiers in browser storage, or install advertising pixels, visitor analytics, fingerprinting, or session-replay tools. Images and fonts are served with the website. Videos hosted elsewhere are linked rather than automatically embedded. See the cookie policy for details and the limits of this description.

Why information is used and who receives it

Inquiry details are used to respond, discuss requested services, manage a resulting client relationship, maintain relevant business records, and address security or legal issues. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and security

A provider’s technical logs and backups may follow its own retention practices. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
