OBJECTIVE

To promote Chef Ernesto and his new restaurant on board Princess' ships

SOLUTION

To capture photos of Chef Ernesto and his favorite dishes in their natural state, staying true to his brand.

PROCESS

In one day. I independently directed a food shoot that included 6 dishes and setups.

Once completed, we captured Chef Ernesto in his lucky apron, making sure he was styled to match the dishes he created.

 

To ensure freshness and efficiency, we scheduled the food and prop stylists to set up each scene while the chefs prepared each dish.
